Our catfish fillets are always fresh, never frozen, and cooked to order just the way you like them. The grilled option is lightly seasoned and cooked over an open flame for a smoky, slightly charred flavor. The blackened fillets are coated in our signature blend of Cajun spices for a spicy kick and pan-seared until crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. The fried version is hand-breaded in seasoned cornmeal and fried until golden brown and crispy.
